The WS? monolayers are highly crystalline and luminescent. The lateral size measure up to 50 microns. Samples come with preliminary Raman and PL measurements. Typical PL peak is located at 2.02 eV and is strongly luminescent. Raman spectrum peak positions agree with the reported values in the literature.
